The North Shore Community Development Coalition provides quality affordable housing and fosters economic empowerment and community development on the North Shore.

Description

The North Shore CDC is the leading organization for community development and affordable housing in the North Shore region - providing 282 units to nearly 500 low and very-low income residents in Salem and Beverly. Our work is focused on combating the challenges and struggles that low-income residents face by advocating for and developing affordable housing and fostering community empowerment. We are committed to neighborhood revitalization, advocacy, effective programming, and green housing development.
