Description

Communities in Schools of Thomasville is a nonprofit dropout prevention organization dedicated to helping children and their families. For some students, the struggle to stay in school isn't about what's absent from the classroom - it's about what they are missing in themselves. Through CIS, we surround students with an environment of caring people to nuture academic and social success. We develop confidence in their abilities and give them opportunities to become productive community citizens.
