Mission Statement
Reintegrating Alternatives Personal Program (RAPP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our services include working with: at-risk youth, hot spot communities, custodial and non-custodial parents, low-income residents, ex-offenders, gangs, homeless and poverty-stricken persons. RAPP also mentors, offers counseling, distributes food and has a clothes closet. We provide employment and job readiness assistance and help individuals while incarcerated as well as provide support in court and on other criminal related issues. Classes in parenting, anger management and domestic violence are also available. Our program helps to reunify families, provides gang intervention by holding weekly conflict resolution meetings with residents from high risk communities in the District of Columbia. RAPP networks with numerous government, community and faith-based organizations and has been recognized in radio, television, and print media for its successes.
