EarthSave reaches out to the community, educating people about how they can improve their health, dramatically lessen their impact on the environment, and live more compassionately, all by consuming fewer animals products and centering their diet around fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. We host a hugely successful healthy eating festival every year called the Taste of Health. We offer classes for people wanting to shift toward a plant-based diet. We speak to groups about the enormous impact of our food choices. We host speakers and monthly potlucks. Our Turkey-Free Thanksgiving Dinner draws hundreds every year.
