Mission Statement

The Mission of the California Police Activities League (CALPAL) is to reduce juvenile crime and delinquency by uniting law enforcement officers and youth through quality activities designed to develop discipline, self-esteem, mutual trust, and respect.

Description

California PAL is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation established in 1971 as a membership organization for local PALs throughout California. California PAL currently serves 129 communities and an estimated 300,000 youth through our member PALs and directly through the following programs.

California PAL programs include: "Life After High School," Boxing, Camporee, Track, Basketball, Beach Play Day, Youth Leadership Academy "Giving Youth Voice", Soccer, Martial Arts, Softball, and Youth Directors Council (YDC).
