Kids In Need Deserve (KIND)

Description

Kids In Need Deserve (K.I.N.D.) is a 501(c)(3) comprehensive youth development organization providing programs to foster a positive outlook among student participants in Des Moines, Iowa and surrounding greater Central Iowa. Key principles will focus on self-sufficiency and environmental sustainability. K.I.N.D. is dedicated to teaching youth to become responsible citizens and volunteering in the community to create a better quality of life for everyone.

K.I.N.D.'s programs, implemented by a committed and well-trained staff, will provide opportunities to develop vital financial life skills, environmental consciousness, health awareness, and a spirit of service. Supporting the development of self-confidence, knowledge, and personal motivation, K.I.N.D. provides students with a thorough foundation for future success.
