Franklin County Court Appointed Special Advocate Program, promotes the CASA concept of providing volunteer court advocacy for the best interest, safety, and permanancy for abused and neglected children.

Description

Franklin County CASA is a program governed by Childrens Advocacy Programs of the Blue Ridge, Inc. (CAPS). We are one of the smaller programs in the Commonwealth of Virginia serving Franklin County and the towns of Rocky Mount and Boones Mill.

I thank there should be more people involved in making sure children are taken care of. I adopted a little girl that was born fighting for her life. Her mother was on Crack when she was born an the child also wad addicted
