Gaits to Success Therapeutic Horsemanship Center, Inc.

Gaits is an affiliate center member of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) (www.narha.org). We provide eleven week programs of weekly, one-hour riding sessions. All sessions are under the supervision of NARHA certified instructors. Research has shown that therapeutic riding is one of the more effective forms of physical and recreational therapy that individuals with a wide range of disabilities can receive. We work with medical professionals, educators and community organizations to identify children and adults with disabilities who may benefit from our program. All referrals must have approval of a physician. There is a fee of $25.00 an hour for the riding sessions, however scholarships are available. Gaits never refuses its services to anyone for financial reasons.
