Mission Statement

Our mission is to engage urban youth to fight climate change and improve community environmental health through service while providing them with experiences and training to prepare for careers in the clean energy economy

Description

Our goal is to create a city-wide corps in New York City that will be a visible force for reducing green-house gas emissions and provide a solid ladder to career-track employment in the clean energy sector for youth facing barriers to employment.

Their intentions and goals is to help urban communities youth by helping them set up potential careers for their future. Giving them job readiness encouragement and mentor for a secure future not just for them , but their famies as well. GCF staff set you up with everything you need to be able to take advantage of what they have to offer, like weekly stipen and carefare as well. It gets no better than that.All this while learning to do something positive for the earth.
