Our mission is to open the doors of opportunity to working people and their families. We aim to empower and improve the lives of farm workers and other low-income and immigrant workers through (1) the advancement of research, implementation, and enforcement of equitable policy, (2) civic engagement, and (3) community education.
The UFW Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that aims to empower and improve the lives of farmworkers, immigrant workers and Latinos through community education, civic participation, and the promotion of equitable public policy.
