Mission Statement

C.R.E.W., standing for Community Restoration by Ecumenical Workers, is an outreach ministry of Peace Memorial United Church of Christ that is dedicated to provide minor restoration to homeowners that cannot maintain their property. C.R.E.W. provides these services by bringing the surrounding communities together to support those in need.

Description

C.R.E.W. currently sponsors an annual "Big Build Weekend", where the walls of mutliple homes are cunstructed in just one weekend. The walls are then transported and delivered to Habitat for Humanity and their affiliates where they are comleted by the recipient families. C.R.E.W. is also begining to get involved with assisting people in their local community with home restoration through minor repairs.
