Mission Statement

The Massachusetts School-Age Coalition is a statewide membership organization of school-age providers and allies working to improve the accessibility, affordability, quality and diversity of out-of-school opportunities for children and youth.

Description

MSAC works to support school-age providers and allies through the following services: Professional Advancement for School-Age Staff (PASS) Project; Project Snack, which combats child hunger; Annual Statewide Conference & Star Awards Banquet in March; Transformational Leadership Project, including Spirit in Leadership Institute to promote the leadership of people of color in the school-age field; Sustain School-Age Staff project to increase wages, benefits, and full-time opportunities; public policy project: We Are Making a Difference!; Unlock Your Program's Potential With the Keys to Quality - school-age quality trainings throughout the state; and frequent membership updates.
