The mission of the Headwaters Starfish Mentoring Program is to empower at-risk young people by collaborating with other community based organizations to enable them to maximize their personal potential.

Description

A community based mentoring program whereby adults are paired with children between the ages of 7-18. They meet for at least two hours a week.
