The Vision Statement of The Human Thriving Foundation is to: scientifically, statistically and significantly increase the level of happiness of humankind. For over the past 4+ years, on a full-time basis, they/we have been scientifically pioneering the new scientific frontier of "quantitatively measures of happiness." Scientifically this basic research is referred to as Phase 1. In our humble opinion, this is a quantum-leap in the interdisciplinary fields of psychology, sociology and behavioral economics. Previously, virtually all efforts have been in the area of 'qualitative research.' Qualitative research is simply based on feelings and words. In other words it is by definition 'virtually 100% subjective." On the other hand, Quantitative research is based on mathematically measurable behaviors. Therefore, quantitative research is by definition 'virtually 100% objective'. As a result, The Human Thriving Foundation "has cracked the DNA code of happiness." That is, they have isolated and identified 13 variables (behaviors) that predict happiness. Therefore, in reference to 'happiness', The Human Thriving Foundation is exceptionally deep and rich in scientific findings, discoveries and innovations. Having successfully accomplished their original mission statement and goals, since January of this year, they have been re-focusing there efforts to Phase 2. Scientifically, Phase 2, is the dissemination of the findings, discoveries and innovations found in Phase 1 in scientific research. Being on the cutting-edge of the new frontier The Human Thriving Foundation's current mission and goal is to launch their 'inaugural, viral, branding campaign no later than December 31, 2009.
