15. Health Services-outpatient routine medical treatment will be provided by licensed employees and a volunteer corps of Licensed Medical Doctors, Medical Residents under supervision, Licensed Dentists, Licensed Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
