Mission Statement

Our mission is "to create a comfortable home by providing recycled furniture for those less fortunate in the Chicago community."

Description

Chicago Furniture Recycling Center (CFRC) first goal is to ensure that low income families, especially victims of domestic violence, recently and repeatedly homeless, and victims of natural distasters have their needs met. Secondly, we hope to have a significant impact on reducing furniture that goes into landfills around our community.

We believe that by supporting families as they transition from homelessness or severe devistation we can help stop the cycle of homelessness in the Chicago community.
