Mission Statement: The Division of Health and Wellness of HRA, Inc. develops, implements, and evaluates programs and services that foster individual's physical, mental, social and intellectual development. This is accomplished while nurturing individual's capacity to interact in pro-social ways that foster individual, family and community development.
