The mission of WCM is to encourage and celebrate the art of film and digital media through creative forums for artistic and social awareness in the community served.

Description

WCM offers a variety of programs throughout the year including: (1) the Cheyenne International Film Festival (CIFF); (2) the WCM Community Development Outreach; (3) The Shoot Out Cheyenne 24 Hour Film Making festival.
