Mission Statement

The Schneider Museum of Art of Southern Oregon University, in partnership with the Southern Oregon community is the regional focus for presenting and interpreting the visual arts. The Schneider Museum strives to inspire, challenge, provide enjoyment and deepen our understanding of the human experience.

Description

The Schneider Museum of Art is Southern Oregon University's visual art museum. We are a state agency and we serve all of Oregon's citizens--whether from on or off campus. We produce an array of exhibitions throughout the year, plus we have an outreach program that serves regional communities with customized exhibits.
