CADCOM exists for one purpose: to serve the community. We as an organization are collectively focused on a singular mission:

"To mobilize the human and financial resources of Montgomery County by initiating, developing and administering community and economic development programs designed to provide the tools needed to achieve self-sufficiency."

We work to fulfill this mission statement by listening to those in need, utilizing the exceptional skills of our staff and working hand in hand with other community service groups to provide for the needs of the community.
