Mission Statement

The Thrive House for Youth is a community-based home dedicated to providing a safe, enriching, and beautiful space for underserved urban youth of the San Francisco Bay Area to gather, be creative, and learn life skills.

Description

Select partners are invited to use the house after school, on weekends and extended summer hours to provide a foundation of skills, academic support, mentoring, and counseling to the children whom they serve.

Located in a convenient and inspiring location, the house is also available for use on weekday and weekend evenings to organizations dedicated to helping urban youth, of any socio-economic status, thrive.

* The Thrive House for Youth provides daytime services to youth ages 6 to 18.

* All services are provided free of charge to youth who are enrolled with a partner organization.

*Current partners include Opportunity Impact, Friends of the Children-SF, Booker T. Washington Community Service Center, the Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts, Edgewood Center for Children & Families, About-Face, Young Life, and San Francisco Skate Club.
