Would you recommend Commission on Economic Opportunity?

I called and e-mailed this organization many times and never got any response what-so-ever. It was my desire to help out while on a long vacation, but to no avail. I am not sure what the issue is with communication. Do not let this deter you from trying, but if you want a response, your best bet may be to go in person.
