Description

The Citizens Commission on Human Rights of Florida (CCHR) is a non-profit public benefit organization that investigates and exposes psychiatric violations of human rights. It works shoulder-to-shoulder with like-minded groups and individuals who share a common purpose to clean up the field of mental health.

CCHR Florida shall continue to do this work until abusive and coercive practices committed under the guise of mental health are eradicated and human rights and dignity are returned to all.

While CCHR Florida does not provide medical or legal advice, it does work closely with attorneys and medical doctors and supports medical, but not psychiatric, practices.

Mental health:

No one denies that people can have difficult problems in their lives and that at times they can feel mentally unstable. Mental health care is therefore both valid and necessary. However, the emphasis must be on workable mental healing methods that improve and strengthen individuals and thereby society by restoring people to personal strength, ability, competence, confidence, stability, responsibility and spiritual well-being.

I write articles as a volunteer and I like the satisfaction I get from contributing to educating people about the dangers of psychiatric drugs. CCHR is a great group to volunteer for and very appreciative of one's time. Anyone that wants to make the field of mental health a good one, should volunteer at CCHR.

This organization (CCHR) has the purpose to educate the public about the dangers of psychiatric drugs and electroshock treatment. It is an area that many people are unfamiliar with. If a person only watched the innocent-sounding commercials on TV he or she would have no idea of the actual effects of anti-depressants and other psychiatric drugs. This organization has allowed me to research this area and inform myself and the public of the truth. I am a mother and a grandmother and feel strongly that our children are especially vulnerable to the mass-marketing campaigns of the big pharmaceutical companies and PR campaigns run by these vested interests. I am proud and happy to be able to help in this area. The two women I work with are wonderful people; encouraging and inspiring. I am allowed to be creative in my approach to this subject, which is important to me. (I am an artist by profession, and creativity is important to me!)

This Organization is passionate in exposing psychiatric abuse around the planet. The danger of psych drugs effects everyone; to wit, the most recent shootings at Ft. Hood and Orlando, both shooters reportedly on psych drugs. Now, there is new research that alleged "mental" illnesses can be caused by the toxins in childhood vaccines! Psych abuse runs rampant on innocent people and CCHR is reigning them in. This is truly a group worth supporting financially and volunteering to help. The sooner the psychiatric abuse is exposed for what it is, the sooner this planet will be safe for all. In every shooting massacre that I am aware of throughout the last several years, the shooters were on psych drugs. This must stop and I know that CCHR will not stop until this industry is cleaned up. And I truly thank you all for what you are doing in this arena. I also find it a privilege to volunteer for this Organization.

I love working at CCHR Florida because the people are so friendly. Their Executive Director, Laurie Anspach is so nice. She acknowledges everything I do. Where can you get that?! She is very appreciative and the other staff are very friendly, as well. I work remotely from home, but the instructions and communication are so clear that it is easy to follow and I am allowed to be creative, too. I would definitely recommend this organizaiton to anyone!
