Mission Statement

Our mission is to fund clinical trials and research studies, and to advance education, awareness, screenings and treatment to eventually eradicate Melanoma Cancer.

We know that Research is the only way we will gain an advantage over this deadly form of skin cancer that impacts the lives of so many young people every year.

"Everybody deserves a life" Unfortunately for Brad that opportunity was taken from him at the age of twenty-seven and he never got the chance to live out his dreams.

Our hope is that we can help others families avoid this tragedy and provide them with the information they need to make healthy life-style choices. As we say "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".

Description

Our Foundation is dedicated to increasing awareness about skin cancer and hosting various events to raise funds for research at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Our goal is to give volunteers an opportunity to participate in various foundation events in whatever capacity they are comfortable contributing.

We host "Miles for Melanoma" fun runs, 4th July 'Spirit of Summer' and our "Mulligans for Melanoma" Golf Classic to name a few.

We are active with the American Cancer Society and support their "Relay for Life" program in our community.

We want our volunteers to enjoy their experience as a volunteer and meet others who have a passion to share their time and energy to support a worthy cause.
