To work with first time, non-violent juvenile offenders in an effort to restore them to good standing.

Description

Community volunteers are trained to become Volunteer Arbitrators for the Solicitor's Office. Volunteer Arbitrators will conduct arbitration/mediation hearings with the juvenile offender, victim and officer. This is a 90 day pretrial program where a juvenile can be held accountable for their actions, yet have the opportunity to clear their record
