Mission Statement

We will provide public safety communications to individuals, organizations, and government agencies to save lives, prevent injuries, and give assistance wherever and whenever needed. We will strive to establish a monitoring network of trained volunteer citizen-based communicators using any and all available means to deliver the message.

Description

Seacoast REACT is a non-profit, public service organization providing communications to civic events and to local authorities during times of emergency. All of our members are volunteers, who give selflessly of their time. Our team was established in 1961 as Oceanside Radio Emergency Squad, and changed it's name to Oceanside Seacoast REACT C-412 with the birth of REACT National (now REACT International, Inc). We again changed our name in the late 1980's to Seacoast REACT of North San Diego County to reflect our wide area of operation.
