Description
The National Head Start Association's Annual Parent Training Conferences offer sessions for Head Start staff at every level including local, state, and federal - and for other early care and education practitioners. National in scope, NHSA conferences include formal and informal exchanges with colleagues that provide rich exposure to best practices. Anyone who wishes to improve their skill level and broaden their understanding of Head Start, the early care and education field, and public policy will benefit. Training centers on Head Start federal mandates, Program Performance Standards, and early care and education research and practices that promote Head Start goals, core values, and quality experiences for children and families. Conference highlights include nationally renowned keynote speakers, legislative updates, cutting-edge special tracks, program tours, receptions and events. CEU credits are available.
