"The mission of the Fishers Freedom Festival is to encourage a sense of community through civic partnerships and citizen involvement, to promote a safe and secure community environment, while developing community services and promoting family integrity. The Fishers Freedom Festival will continue to strive for excellence to improve the overall quality of life for all members of our community by investing in human potential."

Description

he Fishers Freedom Festival Committee is now preparing for the 22nd Annual Fishers Freedom Festival held on June 26 & 27, 2010 at Roy Holland Memorial Park. Since 1989 we have grown to a two-day event that encourages the families and children in our community to unite and celebrate Independence Day, show community spirit, and give back to the community through volunteering

Festival activities include, but are not limited to:

5K Walk/Run · Free Game Booths · Fireworks · Teen Tent · Discover Scuba · Bake-Off · Live Entertainment · Arts and Crafts Vendors · Blood Drive · Canned Food Drive · Parades · Food Vendors · Children's Tent · Business Vendors · Family Street Dance · Children's Entertainment · School Supply Drive · Educational Booths and Activities · Fireworks
