Mission Statement

The mission of the Volunteer Department is to assist Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett to be the healthcare facility of choice in our market by:

· Providing cheerful assistance to employees, patients, family members, and visitors to the hospital in all areas of customer service;

· Assisting hospital staff in serving as liaisons for patients, families, and visitors with the hospital, physicians and staff members;

· Acting as a reflection of Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett's standards and beliefs while outside the hospital and in the community, and

· Assuring that action, demeanor, and character are consistent with the Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett Mission Statement.
