Grandparents As Parents focuses on supporting the relative caregivers by offering support and education groups, a monthly newsletter, resources and referrals. During the evening time groups, we provide child care so the adults can meet with other relative caregivers and make connections, expanding social and peer networks and getting the information they need to raise these children. The grandparents experience this short respite as a very positive benefit.
