The Downtown Norfolk Council is committed to effectively serving its members, the Downtown Improvement District ratepayers, the City and the regions. The organization is recognized as a leader, an advocate and a resource in assuring that Downtown is safe, clean, attactive and vital place.
Description
The Downtown Norfolk Council (DNC) is a private, not-for-profit membership organization comprised of businesses and individuals working toward a dynamic, attractive and prosperous downtown.
DNC also manages the Downtown Improvement District, a special 48-block assessment district providing services to keep downtown friendly, safe and spotless.
