The mission of Boyz to Men of Honor, Inc. (B2MH) is to assist single parents in developing their young male children to become productive members of society by providing a biblically centered program that has a creative and holistic approach.
Our Programs Developmental Classes - Runs August through May (school calendar), three days per week from 5pm-7pm (includes nutritious dinner). Classes will be divided by age groups and the curriculum will be age appropriate; 10-12 years of age, 13-15 years of age and 16-18 years of age. Recreation Center - Will be replete with indoor swimming pool, basketball court, video game center, board games, ping pong tables, pool tables, computer center, etc. This facility will be opened to only the youths that are enrolled and are actively attending the developmental classes. Recreation Center hours are from 2-5pm and 7-8:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday (5-7pm will be used for developmental program). Tuesday and Thursdays will be open from 2-8:30pm. Community Services - All students will be required to participate in all community services activities such as nursing home visits, helping the homeless, clean Rockdale, etc. Support Services - this service will be available to all students who needs attendance support. Should a child need attendance support for a football game or court hearing, a representative from BMH will be in attendance to these important events. After Care Program - Once the youth has graduated from the program, they will transition to our Aftercare program which includes college touring, job readiness programs, etc. Peer to Peer Mentor Program - Alumni of the BMH program will have the opportunity to mentor.
