Together, we invest our energy to enhance the quality of life, social integration, community support and empowerment of mental health consumers.

Idylwood Care Center Skilled Nursing Services.
The "Gardens at Idylwood" is a 64-bed skilled nursing facility that meet the individual needs of our resident population. Specific services include 24-hour nursing care, post- acute rehabilitation, comprehensive wound management, functional mobility/gait training, pain management/IV therapy along with social service support, and a comprehensive activity schedule. Our goal is for residents to recapture the rhythms of their lives prior to Idylwood Care Center.
