Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy, a Catholic Elementary School, provides a Christian atmosphere in which Gospel values of peace, justice, and love are presented and encouraged. First opened in September 2008, Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy provides academic excellence, cultivates respect for all people, and promotes Christian values within all aspects of learning.
At Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy, your child's academic preparation will consist of a proven curriculum of religion, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, music and technology blended with a wide range of extracurricular activities. Our goal is to provide a healthy balance to develop the whole child. Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy gives students a positive start in life.

Description
The Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy is an elementary Pre-K through Grade 8 school, located on five campuses in the Dorchester and Mattapan neighborhoods of the City of Boston, that dynamically prepares children for life in the 21st century. A stimulating and robust curriculum, enlightened by Catholic teaching, offers all our students an excellent education in a faith-filled and supportive environment. Our Academy strives to create an atmosphere where the Gospel message is proclaimed, community in Christ is experienced, service to our brothers and sisters is the norm and thanksgiving and worship of God is reverently and joyfully celebrated.
