Fighting Cancer, Saving Lives and Sharing Hope
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a local event that rallies our community to join the fight against cancer. It is a community-owned, volunteer-driven fundraising event dedicated to one of the greatest causes of our time - finding a cure for cancer.
It brings together the community to Celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer and won, to recognize the caregivers who have provided countless hours of care and support, to Remember loved ones lost to the disease, and to Fight Back to diminish suffering from cancer and to find a cure!
The American Cancer Society has been waging war against cancer for nearly a century, and its commitment to defeating this disease has never faltered. It does not target just one cancer but all cancers, using the wisdom its gained from its century of experience to fight for everyone. It's vision is a world free of cancer.
How can you help? Teams are the heart and soul of Relay and the American Cancer Society needs you! Get your family, friends, and co-workers together and join this community camp out. Families get closer, friends and co-workers have time to bond, cancer patients get to know they're not alone in their fight and much needed funds are raised to help support the fight against cancer.
