The Client Services Volunteer works directly with our clients to process their applications. This can include email and phone contact. Our prospective clients submit applications for our services (critical home repairs) and the Client Services Volunteer validates their inputs and compares it against our protocols. While we want our volunteers to be in the DFW area, the work is primarily remote. On occasion, this volunteer may be asked to travel, with others, to a clients home. They may also be asked to attend volunteer meetings in person. Prior experience with Sales Force and the Google suite of tools is helpful but we will train. Having a computer and telephone is required. The Office Management component of this tile consists of a variety of assignments that can range from making phone calls; ordering food; and performing reconciliations.
