I.EM.PHIT is a pioneering clinic that combines intensive, fun physical conditioning and nutrition counseling in a medically supervised program. We work with you and your doctor to address your unique medical concerns and help you make noticeable, life-long changes in how you feel.

We treat patients of all ages - from 3-103. And, we are the only clinic in Minnesota that specializes in this kind of treatment for children and adolescents with chronic disease and special needs.

I.EM.PHIT has its roots in the Exercise Medicine Center at Children's Hospital of St. Paul, where exercise and nutrition successfully improved the treatment of disease in children, adolescents and adults.
