Mission Statement

To prepare our citizens, thru ongoing training, to protect their homes and families and to assist their neighbors in the event of a natural or manmade disaster. To support the community by assisting with community events.

Description

Basic 25 hour training program available to all residents of Galveston County. No further obligation is required. All those who complete the basic training and wish to become further involved will take additional classroom and online training on a quarterly basis. Home fire safety, fire extinguisher use, disaster first aid and light search and rescue.
