Mission Statement

To provide respite and support for families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Description

The Birch Family Camp is the largest free residential camp in the United States that offers services to entire families infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. It offers two one-week sessions in a residential camp setting, and in so doing provides relief, respite, and support to families in need. The camp is fully staffed by volunteers. The Birch Family Camp is a program of Herbert G. Birch Services, a not for profit agency in New York that provides housing and educational programs for children with developmental delays.
