With a fact-based approach that brings together a variety of faith-based communities and non-"believers", the Texas Freedom Network works tireless to keep science education in schools, and to make sure religious extremists don't turn Texas into a Christianized Taliban-like state. I volunteered and donated to TFN within weeks of arriving in Texas as a resident, and continued to support them while living abroad. Most of their work is done through volunteers, and many of those volunteers are Christians themselves -- pepole outraged with those who are trying to monopolize the religion and force it upon others. I'm proud to support TFN.
