Mission Statement

FGP volunteers will work with youth to enahnce their academic, behavioral, and social well being through one on one and small group settings.

Description

FGP is a stipended volunteer program for limited income seniors who can provide a minimum of 15 hours a week of service in a variety of settings including schools, day care centers, recreation camps, etc. enhancing the academic, behavioral, and social skills of today's children. FGP volunteers are Sharing in the Caring. Volunteers receive a modest stipend as well as mileage reimbursement, inservice trainings, and meals while serving if provided by the site.
