Description

Communities In Schools is the nation's leading dropout prevention organization. CIS provides case management to at-risk students & coordinates resources in the community with the needs of these students. Services coordinated may include: Individual or group supportive guidance, tutoring, pre-employment skills training, crisis intervention, anger management groups, enrichment activities, community service, parent groups, mentoring programs, and more.

CIS has grown from 2 schools to 40 schools since beginning in 1992.

I enjoyed my time working with these ladies today. Everyone was very friendly and we all worked hard to set up an amazing looking event. I would definitely help this group again and anyone in it.
