Contributing to and reflecting the needs of the community in a responsible manner through service, educational, recreational, and community-wide programs. Be an active agency that, in cooperation with other service organizations, enhances and expands services and programs available to the entire community. Be a place of refuge for all who need it; nurturing and educating youth through organized programs and activities; and reaching all families, regardless of race, nationality, creed, or religious preference.

The Cappalappa Family Resource Center (CFRC) currently provides a full-range of in-house services and referrals to other agencies, to include programs, services, and referrals for needy individuals and families, senior citizens, and youth.
CFRC offers direct assistance to individuals and families on a short-term basis through case management including an intake and assessment process. In addition if offers food, clothing, food/gas vouchers, while arranging to move clients to long-term assistance programs through referrals.
