We are a Community Health Center (CHC) and a Migrant Health Center. We provide healthcare for those who are uninsured above and below the poverty line. Those below the FPL pay a minimal copay and those above pay on a sliding scale based on household size and income. These discount fees are offset by our profit from Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance along with a Federal Grant.
