Mission Statement

The A.R.C. was established to provide residential habililtative servies and recreational opportunitites to developmentally disabled adults and senior citizens, to improve the quality of life of these individuals through integration into the community; to maximize each individual's capacity for independence; to provide opportunity for their continued growth; to advoate for their needs and to educate significant others and the community at large; thus stimulating awareness of the needs and concerns of this population.
