Today's Generation

Description

Today's Generation is a group of teens from Lincoln County that is serious about what we see happening with the youth today. We are working on a Youth Speak Out. We plan on taking a stand about the major issues in a teen's everyday life.

This will be Lincoln County's 1st Annual Speak Out and the chosen topics for the year by the youth are: Abuse (domestic, bullying, bf/gf, etc), substance abuse (not just by teens), underage drinking, no where to go for help, no where to go for safe fun, and pre-marital sex (teen pregnancy, STD's, ect). They will then at the end of the Speak Out be asked to help the youth change these identified things.
