To assist the Latino community in the areas of civil rights, educational incentives, public policy advocacy, and to be involved in local community activities/civic affairs.

Description

Founded in 1929, LULAC is the oldest and largest Hispanic member-based organization. The Santa Ana chapter, Council #147 was founded in 1946 and continues to be very active in community issues and concerns for Latinos.
