The West Hartford Land Trust is a nonprofit conservation association dedicated to protecting and preserving open, undeveloped land in the Town of West Hartford. The West Hartford Land Trust, a ยง501(c)(3) organization independent of the Town of West Hartford, was formed through the unanimous support of the West Hartford Town Council.
