Collecting and preserving records, artifacts and traditions as may tend to perpetuate the history of New England, and especially the town of Dedham

Description

The Society has a fine, small museum, with important paintings, Dedham Pottery, Katharine Pratt silver, and decorative arts dating back to the 1500's. It also has one of the most important historical and genealogical libraries in the country.
