The Champlain Valley Agency on Aging is committed to helping elders age with dignity in the setting of their choice.

Description

CVAA utilizes a Meals on Wheels program and Case Management services along with a volunteer program and financial volunteer (HICA) program to assist elders in accessing public benefits, eating nutritionally sound meals and getting help with volunteer services to meet virtually any need they might have.
